On August 6, 2007, Lakes Entertainment, Inc. issued a press release announcing the successful grand opening of the Four Winds Casino Resort in New Buffalo, Michigan which occurred on Thursday, August 2, 2007.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
