Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
The Lakes Entertainment, Inc. (“Lakes”) 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on June 2, 2010 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at which the shareholders approved the following:
Proposal One: A proposal to elect six directors of Lakes for a term until the next Annual Meeting of the shareholders, or until his successor is elected and shall have been qualified.

Proposal Two: A proposal to ratify the appointment of Piercy Bowler Taylor & Kern, Certified Public Accountants, to serve as the independent registered public accounting firm of Lakes for the 2010 fiscal year. The proposal received 19,015,199 votes for, 2,019,180 votes against ratification. There were 11,112 abstentions and no broker non-votes.
