On May 23, 2024, the board of directors of Red River Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share on the Company’s common stock. A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing the dividend declaration is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Quarterly Cash Dividend

ALEXANDRIA, La., May 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Red River Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: RRBI) (the “Company”) announced today that on May 23, 2024, its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in an amount equal to $0.09 per share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on June 20, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 10, 2024.
