The total liability for workers' compensation and auto liability was $35.8 million and $29.7 million as of December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively, with the long-term portion included in other long-term liabilities on the accompanying consolidated balance sheets.  These liabilities were discounted to the net present value of the outstanding liabilities using a 3.0% rate in 2019 and 2018.  These liabilities amounted to $40.4 million and $33.4 million on an undiscounted basis as of December 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively.
