Item 7.01.   Regulation FD Disclosure.
Corrections Corporation of America, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), is making available on its website its Fourth Quarter 2008 Investor Presentation. Interested parties may access the presentation through the Company’s website at www.correctionscorp.com under “Presentations” of the Investor section.
As part of the presentation, the Company is updating the status of its previously announced $150.0 million stock repurchase program. As of March 5, 2009, the Company had repurchased 10,664,262 shares at a total cost of approximately $125.0 million.
