Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 25, 2022, CF Bankshares Inc. (the “Company”) purchased a block of 83,333 shares of (Voting) Common Stock of the Company, for a purchase price of $21.00 per share, from a non-affiliated shareholder in a privately-negotiated transaction. The share repurchase was separately authorized and approved by the Company’s Board of Directors in accordance with the Company’s governing documents and Delaware law.
