Subsequent Events	NOTE 16 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividend Declaration: On October 5, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a Cash Dividend of $0.04 per share payable to shareholders on November 2, 2021. Building Purchase: On October 29, 2021, CFBank closed on the purchase of a building which will house a branch and offices in Indianapolis, Indiana. The purchase price was approximately $1.8 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
