On June 20, 2008, the registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of 5 cents per share on its common stock to be paid on July 18, 2008 to shareholders of record on July 7, 2008.

Fairlawn, Ohio — June 20, 2008 — Central Federal Corporation (NASDAQ: CFBK) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of 5 cents per share on its common stock to be paid on July 18, 2008 to stockholders of record on July 7, 2008.
