Fairlawn, Ohio – March, 21, 2008 – Central Federal Corporation (NASDAQ: CFBK) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of 5 cents per share on its common stock to be paid on April 18, 2008 to stockholders of record on April 7, 2008.
