ADVANCES FROM FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK
 
There were
no
outstanding advances from the FHLB at
December 31, 2019
and
2018.
Advances are secured under a blanket collateral agreement with the FHLB. At
December 31, 2019,
the carrying value of mortgage loans pledged as security for advances was
$69.7
million.
