Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 4, 2021, PTC Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will host a conference call on February 4, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. eastern time. During this call, the Company expects to review results from its clinical study 045 of Translarna™ (ataluren) in patients with nonsense mutation Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
