Capital Stock

The Company’s authorized capital consists of 1,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.01 per share, and 25,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share. As of March 31, 2014, there were no preferred shares issued or outstanding and there were 10,988,727 shares of common stock outstanding.
