RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	(11) RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS One of our directors is a partner at a law firm that handles some of the Company's claims litigation. Fees paid to this law firm amounted to approximately $27,175, $3,349 and $40,000 in 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively, and is included in LAE.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions. Examples of related party transactions include transactions between (a) a parent company and its subsidiary; (b) subsidiaries of a common parent; (c) and entity and its principal owners; and (d) affiliates.
