Capital Stock

The Company's authorized capital consists of 1,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.01 per share, and 25,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share. As of September 30, 2012, there were no preferred shares issued or outstanding and there were 7,951,218 shares of common stock outstanding.
