SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividends Declared Refer to Note 12 above for information related to our dividend declared in July 2019. 2019-2020 Catastrophe Excess of Loss Reinsurance Program Refer to Note 6 above for information related to our combined FNIC, MNIC and MIC private market excess of loss treaties, covering both Florida and non-Florida exposures, which become effective July 1, 2019 and all private layers. Note 6 also provides information related to FNIC renewal of its quota-share reinsurance program for 2019-2020 to be effective on July 1, 2019 on an in-force, new and renewal basis. Litigation and Legal Proceedings Refer to Note 10 above for information related to Capital Returns suit against the Company filed on July 26, 2019.
