Nature of Operations

Nature of Operations:

Lennox International Inc., a Delaware corporation, through its subsidiaries (referred to herein as "we," "our," "us," "LII," or the "Company"), is a leading global provider of climate control solutions. We design, manufacture, market and service a broad range of products for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration ("HVACR") markets and sell our products and services through a combination of direct sales, distributors and company-owned parts and supplies stores. We operate in three reportable business segments: Residential Heating & Cooling, Commercial Heating & Cooling, and Refrigeration.
