Assets held for lease includes railcars, intermodal tank containers, cranes, over-the-road trailers, storage units and furniture. As of December 31, 2017, the minimum future lease rentals to be received on assets held for lease (including rail cars leased from others) were as follows (in millions): 2018 – $1,103; 2019 – $857; 2020 – $641; 2021 – $439; 2022 – $283; and thereafter – $407.
