SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	23. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Events occurring after December 31, 2019, and through the date that these consolidated financial statements were issued, were evaluated to ensure that any subsequent events that met the criteria for recognition have been included, and are as follows: On February 14, 2020, the Company entered into an agreement with EMF to sell Boston, Massachusetts station WAAF-FM for $10.8 million in cash. EMF began programming WAAF-FM on February 22, 2020 under a network affiliation agreement. The assets were classified within assets held for sale as of December 31, 2019. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2020.
