OUTCOME AND TRANSCRIPT OF THE 39^TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Infosys Limited (“Infosys” or the “Company”) hereby furnish the United States Securities and Exchange Commission with a copy of the outcome of the 39^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on June 27, 2020 and also the transcript of the AGM, disseminated by Infosys Limited to the stock exchanges on June 29, 2020 and June 30, 2020 respectively, which is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 respectively.
