Infosys Limited (“Infosys” or the “Company”) hereby furnishes to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, this Report on Form 6-K regarding the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program 2019 (Scheme or Plan).

The shareholders of Infosys Limited at the 38^th Annual General Meeting held on June 22, 2019, has approved the Infosys Expanded Stock Ownership Program – 2019.

A copy of the intimation disseminated by Infosys Limited to the stock exchanges on June 25, 2019 in this regard is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1
