SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc., a Florida corporation, hereby applies to withdraw the withdrawal request filed on June 23, 2010 (for the withdrawal of the Post Effective Amendment No. 1 filed on January 20, 2010 (the “Amendment No. 1”) to the Registration Statement) (the “Original Withdrawal Request”).  The Amendment No. 1 was originally filed with an incorrect EDGAR tag designating the filing as a Pre-Effective Amendment rather than a Post-Effective Amendment to the Registration Statement.  The Original Withdrawal Request was filed with an incorrect file number as 333-166194 during the submission of the request by the printer.  The correct file number was 333-149896.

Immediately upon filing of this withdrawal request to withdraw the Original Withdrawal Request, the Company intends to file a separate withdrawal request to withdraw the Amendment No. 1 with the file number 333-149896.
