Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective at the 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”) held on June 28, 2010, Mr. Robert B. Fields has retired from his position on the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).  Mr. Fields had been a member of the Company’s Board since April 2008, and was a member of the Compensation Committee and Audit Committee of the Board prior to his retirement.
