On December 28, 2018, Future FinTech Group Inc. (the “Company”) received confirmation from The Nasdaq Stock Market that its application to transfer the listing of its common stock from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market (the “Capital Market”) had been approved. The Company’s common stock will begin trading on the Capital Market on December 31, 2018.
