Weyerhaeuser Company (the "Company") is filing this amendment to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on January 30, 2015, which reported that on January 27, 2015 the Company's Board of Directors had elected David P. Bozeman as a new director of the Company, effective as of February 12, 2015. At the time of his election, Mr. Bozeman's committee appointment had not been determined. On May 22, 2015, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Bozeman to serve on the Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee.
