Type of Reporting Person: IN 3 Item 1. Security and Issuer: This statement relates to shares of Common Stock of Lexon Technologies, Inc., whose address is 2691 Richter Avenue, #124, Irvine, CA 92623. Item 2. Identity and Background: (a) Ben (Byung-Hwee)Hwang is currently President of Novabrite 1999 to present. Novabrite is a manufacturer and developer of reflective products used in road construction and other safety applications. (b) Mr. Hwang's address is 2691 Richter Avenue, #124, Irvine, CA 92623. (c) Prior to Novabrite, Mr. Hwang has served as President for the USA operations of Booheung Industrial Co., Ltd. from 1998 to 1999 and President of Sungsan Products Corp. from 1994- 1998. Mr. Hwang began his international business career in 1976 as manager of International Business of Dongah Trading Corporation. Prior to serving in the military from 1973-1974, Mr. Kim received a Bachelor of Commerce from Soongsil University in 1972, and completed studies at the International Business school at Yunsei University from 1972-1974. (d) Mr. Hwang has not been involved in any criminal proceeding; and (e) Mr. Hwang has not been a party to a civil proceeding of a judicial or administrative body; and (f) Mr. Hwang is a Korean citizen Item 3. Source and Amount of Funds or other Consideration: The consideration for the acquisition of 4,000,000 shares of the common stock of Lexon Technologies, Inc. was the exchange of a like number of shares of the common stock of Phacon Corporation. Item 4. Purpose of Transaction: The above securities were acquired for investment purposes only. Mr. Hwang has no plans with respect to: (a) The acquisition of additional securities of the Issuer or of the disposition of any securities of the Issuer except as stated; (b) An extraordinary corporate transaction, such as a merger, reorganization or liquidation involving the Issuer or any of its subsidiaries; (c) A sale or transfer of a material amount of assets of the Issuer or of any of its subsidiaries; (d) Any change in the present board of directors or management of the Issuer, including any plans or proposals to change the number or term of directors or to fill any existing vacancies on the board; 4 (e) Any material change in the present capitalization or dividend policy of the Issuer; (f) Any other material change in the Issuer's business or corporate structure; (g) Changes in the Issuer's charter, bylaws or instruments corresponding thereto or other transactions which may impede the acquisition of control of the Issuer by any person; (h) Causing a class of securities of the Issuer to be delisted from a national securities exchange or to cease to be authorized to be quoted in an inter-dealer quotation system of a registered national securities association; (i) A class of equity securities of the Issuer becoming eligible for termination of registration pursuant to Section 12(g)(4) of the Act; or (j) Any action similar to any of those enumerated above. Item 5. Interest in Securities of the Issuer. (a) 4,000,000 shares. Mr. Hwang is the manager and controlling partner of J&B Hwang, LLC, a family limited liability company which holds 2,000,000 shares, and also has a 25% membership interest in PAC21C, LLC, an entity which holds 2,000,000 shares. (b) As Manager of J&B Hwang, LLC, Mr. Hwang has sole power to vote the 2,000,000 of the above issued shares of the Issuer held of record by J&B Hwang, LLC, on all matters submitted to a vote of common stockholders for all purposes. Mr. Hwang has shared authority to vote the 2,000,000 shares held of record by PAC21C. (c) Mr. Hwang has not engaged in any transactions involving the Issuer's securities other than the merger transaction described herein. (d) Mr. Hwang has the sole right to receive and the power to direct the receipt of dividends from, or the proceeds from the sale of the 2,000,000 shares held by J&B Hwang, LLC of the above issued shares of the Issuer. Mr. Hwang has shared right to receive and the power to direct the receipt of dividends from, or the proceeds from the sale of the 2,000,000 shares held by PAC21C, LLC of the above issued shares of the Issuer.
