Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 6, 2018, Michael Goose resigned from his position as President of U.S. Ingredients for RiceBran Technologies (“RBT”).  Mr. Goose will continue to receive his base salary through October 31, 2018.
