Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On April 27, 2023, our stockholders approved (a) an amendment to our 2017 Equity Incentive Plan increasing the total number of shares of our common stock that may be issued pursuant to stock awards granted under the plan from 30,000,000 to 55,000,000, all of which may be granted as stock options, and (b) an amendment to our 2017 Non-Employee Directors’ Equity Incentive Plan increasing the total number of shares of our common stock that may be issued pursuant to stock awards granted under the plan from 1,200,000 to 2,000,000.
