Recent Accounting Pronouncements

In July 2013, the FASB issued ASU 2013-11, which is designed to reduce diversity in practice of financial statement presentation of an unrecognized tax benefit when a net operating loss carryforward, a similar tax loss or a tax credit carryforward exists. This new guidance became effective for the Company on January 1, 2014. The Company adopted this ASU during the quarter ended March 31, 2014 and it did not have a material impact on the Company's condensed consolidated financial statements.
