TNT N.V. - Buyback of ordinary shares

Further to the share buyback program announced on 20 April 2007, TNT N.V. announces that:

on 8 May 2007, it purchased 119,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.4611 per share,
on 9 May 2007, it purchased 147,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.7467 per share,
on 10 May 2007, it purchased 137,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.2946 per share,
on 11 May 2007, it purchased 125,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.4477 per share,
on 14 May 2007, it purchased 116,841 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 31.5806 per share,
during the period from 23 April 2007 until and including 14 May 2007, it purchased 1,805,341 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 32.4962 per share, and
the total amount of the share buyback until and including 14 May 2007 therefore amounts to 14.7% of the announced buyback up to euro 400 million.

It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
