Investment in Affiliates Subsequent to quarter end, we reached an agreement to sell our approximate 33% interest in the Euro JV to the Euro JV partners for net proceeds of approximately €435 million ($505 million). The sale is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2018, subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of required consents.
