Subsequent Events	Note 16. Subsequent Events Subsequent to quarter end, on November 8, 2012, the holders of our outstanding warrants exercised on a cashless basis all of the outstanding warrants. As a result, we issued 1,690,466 shares of our class A common stock pursuant to the terms of the warrants.
