On December 27, 2007, the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) amended the Partnership’s agreement of limited partnership in order to comply with the New York Stock Exchange’s eligibility rules regarding the Depository Trust Company’s Direct Registration System.
