Viracta Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2024 annual meeting of stockholders on June 18, 2024 (the “Annual Meeting”). Of the 39,272,434 shares of the Company’s common stock outstanding as of the record date of April 22, 2024, 27,735,483 shares were represented at the Annual Meeting, either by proxy or by attending the meeting.
