Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 12, 2007, the Board of Directors for the Company (the “Board”) appointed Mark Palomba, currently the Company’s Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Field Operations, as new Chief Executive Officer for the Company, effective June 14, 2007. On June 11, 2007, Mark Ferrer, due to personal reasons, notified the Board of his decision to step down from his current role as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ferrer will remain in his position of Chairman of the Board.
