     On March 29, 2004, Critical Path, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mark Ferrer as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Company’s former Chief Executive Officer, William E. McGlashan, Jr., will continue his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
