15. Profit Sharing Plan and Incentive Savings Plan

The Company has a qualified contributory employee profit sharing plan and incentive savings plan covering substantially all teammates. Company contributions to the plans are determined annually by the Board of Directors, but may not exceed the amount permitted as a deductible expense under the Internal Revenue Code. For the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, the Company accrued contributions of approximately $20 thousand, and $97 thousand to the plans, respectively.
