  On February 2, 2015, GAMCO Investors, Inc.'s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share to all of its Class A and Class B shareholders, payable on March 31, 2015 to its Class A and Class B shareholders of record on March 17, 2015.
