Actual and projected stock-based compensation expense for RSA shares and options

For the three months ended June 30, 2014 and June 30, 2013, we recognized stock-based compensation expense of $1.7 million and $15,000, respectively.  For the six months ended June 30, 2014 and June 30, 2013, we recognized stock-based compensation expense of $3.4 million and $29,000, respectively.
