  On May 6, 2014, GAMCO Investors, Inc.'s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share to all of its Class A and Class B shareholders, both payable on June 24, 2014 to its Class A and Class B shareholders of record on June 10, 2014.
