Financial Requirements	L. Financial Requirements As registered broker-dealers, Gabelli & Company and G.distributors are subject to the Uniform Net Capital Rule 15c3-1 (the "Rule") of the SEC. Gabelli & Company and G.distributors compute their net capital under the alternative method permitted by the Rule which requires minimum net capital of $250,000. The Companies met or exceeded this requirement at December 31, 2011. Our subsidiary, GAMCO Asset Management (UK) Limited is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA"). In connection with this registration, we held Own Funds of �357,000 ($552,000 at December 31, 2010) and had an Own Funds requirement of �5,000 ($7,000 at December 31, 2010). In February 2011, GAMCO Asset Management (UK) Limited increased its permitted license with the FSA and held Own Funds of �343,000 ($530,000 at December 31, 2011) and had an Own Funds requirement of ?50,000 ($65,000 at December 31, 2011). We have consistently met or exceeded these minimum requirements.
