Agnes Mullady, a Senior Vice President of GAMCO Investors, Inc. (“GAMCO”) and the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Closed-end Funds division of Gabelli Funds, LLC, an advisory subsidiary of GAMCO, took a leave of absence for personal reasons.
