Description of New Accounting Pronouncements Not yet Adopted [Text Block]	11. New Accounting Pronouncement With the exception of the accounting pronouncement discussed below, there have been no recent accounting pronouncements or changes in accounting pronouncements during the nine months ended September 30, 2011, as compared to the recent accounting pronouncements described in our Annual report on Form 10K for the year ended December 31, 2010, that are of potential significance to our company. In June 2011, FASB issued Accounting Standards update 2011-05, Presentation of Comprehensive Income, to improve the comparability, consistency, and transparency of financial reporting and to increase the prominence of items reported in other comprehensive income. The guidance in this update is effective for fiscal years and interim periods beginning after December 15, 2011 and thus is effective for our financial results in the first quarter of 2012. The adoption of this standard is not expected to have a material impact on our financial statements.
