On June 13, 2013, LMI Aerospace, Inc. (the “Company”) will make a presentation at the dbAccess Global Industrial and Basic Materials Conference (the “Conference”) in Chicago Illinois. The PowerPoint presentation that will be utilized by the Company as a part of its presentation at the Conference is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
