RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 23 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Moody’s Corporation made grants of $12 million, $4 million and $0 to The Moody’s Foundation during years ended December 31, 2017, 2016 and 2015, respectively. The Foundation carries out philanthropic activities primarily in the areas of education and health and human services. Certain members of Moody’s senior management are on the board of the Foundation.
