RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 22 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Moody's Corporation made grants of $8 million to The Moody's Foundation during the year ended December 31, 2013. Grants of $10 million and $5 million were made during the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. The Foundation carries out philanthropic activities primarily in the areas of education and health and human services. Certain members of Moody's senior management are on the board of the Foundation.
