SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENTOn July 24, 2023, the Board approved the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.77 per share of Moody’s common stock, payable on September 8, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 18, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
