SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 11, 2020, the Board approved the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share for Moody’s common stock, payable March 18, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 25, 2020. On February 13, 2020, the Company completed the acquisition of Regulatory Data Corporation (RDC), a provider of anti-money laundering and know-your-customer data and due diligence services, for $700 million. Due to the close proximity of the completion of the acquisition to the filing of this Form 10-K, the Company is unable to provide a preliminary purchase price allocation of the fair value of the assets acquired and liabilities assumed in the transaction. The Company will disclose a preliminary purchase price allocation in its Form 10-Q for the period ending March 31, 2020.
