     As indicated in a press release issued by Standard Parking Corporation
("SPC") on June 28, 2006, SPC's management will present at the William Blair &
Company 26th Annual Growth Stock Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago
on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. Central Time. The listen-only audio
webcast can be accessed via the Investor Relations section of SPC's website,
