The compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Form 10-Q for the relevant fiscal quarter has imposed time constraints that have rendered timely filing of the Form 10-Q impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the registrant. Due to the reverse acquisition that occurred on February 19, 2015, we anticipate an estimated increase in revenue of $800,000 and an increase in operating expenses of $318,000, which results in an increase in net loss of $80,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
