Carreker Corporation has delayed its fourth quarter and fiscal 2005 year end earnings release and related conference call pending review of an accounting issue related to deferred revenue which may impact its financial results.  The Company’s press release dated March 14, 2006 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
